After beginning his career in finance in several successful appointments, James embraced his passion for real estate by taking on the role of Project and Real Estate Manager for Foot Locker Asia Pacific. The position involved managing store design, fit-out construction, capital and expense management, lease negotiation, project management and coordinating property maintenance across 96 locations throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Having a desire to become more deeply involved in the industry, James founded Holistic Property Group when he saw a need for property managers to provide a more tailored and proactive approach.
James draws on his unique combination of experience in the finance and property sectors, plus his passion for getting the job done and securing the best outcome, to help maximise the returns of the company's clients.

Matt spent over 10 years with one of Australia’s leading retailers with roles ranging from financial accountant to internal loss prevention and auditing. With such a varied background, Matt brings a range of value-adding skills to the Holistic team, including bookkeeping, data analysis, financial reporting and creative problem solving.
